TOOLS

Started with semi-structured interviews with users to understand the user’s shopping behavior and pain points and then conducted interviews synthesis and features Prioritisation.

USER NEEDS AND PAIN POINTS

1- The user always checks reviews and compares products before buying.

An easily reach review page.
2- some users struggling to find their style.

→ Customized suggested items depend on quizzes and liked items.
→Ability to save favorite items and create lists and mood boards.

3- The user struggles to find the size when it’s back in stock.

Notification feature to inform customers when the product is in stock again.
4- Users need realistic, high-quality photos of products.

→ Clear images and easy navigation on the product details page.
5- Users need to feel safe and have clear information on the checkout and return page.

→Straight instructions and a trusty interface on these pages.

IDEATE

After gathering all the information I applied features Prioritisation and sketched some ideas and refined them to a low fidelity prototype and user journey map.

We developed the prototype of the app to be more easy to navigate and move between pages,

We decided to choose simple shapes and fewer visual elements in the design to let the customer focus on the product itself without distractions.
